SCMO acquires a new client in Transportation Blockchain. We were assigned to service a new client in 3 respects:

  1. Build for them a global maritime study, which as delivered within the requested timeline

  2. Introduce to them the best law firms specialized in maritime, investment, and blockchain industries

  3. Introduce to them a Tiers 1 team for heading their global operations

  4. Introduce to them the right advisers for their board of directors, corresponding to this project

  5. Guidance in evaluating which fund raising instrument would be most favorable for their project by using blockchain technology: Security Token Offering (STO) was finally chosen

  6. Guidance in evaluating the best location for their head office and operations

The global maritime study apprehends and explains the commercial maritime industry. It includes:

  1. Twelve segments, corresponding to each of the main maritime categories

  2. Long ranges data, showing 20 to 40 years of cycle for each segment

  3. A precise description of where each segment stands today in the maritime industry cycle

  4. A 5 years projection for each segment

  5. For four of the segments, a detailed analysis at asset class level (ship)

  6. Investment recommendations
